Red velvet cupcakes

Hey guys, today I’ll share my red velvet cupcakes recipe with you all!
( This recipe will make 24)

Ingredients:
235g Self raising flour
15g Cocoa powder
250g Caster sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
270g Soft unsalted butter
4 Large free-range eggs
3 tbs Buttermilk
1tsp Red food colour paste

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°C.
  2. Mix your flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Add your butter and mix.
  4. Add your eggs and mix.
  5. In another small bowl add your milk and food colouring and mix them together.
  6. Add your coloured milk to the batter.
  7. Line your cupcake tin with paper cases and fill them 3/4 full.
  8. Bake them for around 20 minutes.
